Initial evaluation

In this hour-long initial evaluation, you’ll meet with an expert physical therapist and tell them about your pain. They'll have additional questions for you about your lifestyle, past injuries, daily routines, and more. In this session, the physical therapist will do some initial exercises with you so they can begin designing a custom treatment plan.

Physical therapy treatment sessions

Following your initial evaluation, our team of expert physical therapists will create a customized treatment plan specifically for you and the goals you want to attain. This plan will consist of exercise, manual therapy techniques, and necessary recovery services. Your plan is continuously evolving, as we constantly assess your progress and current changes. Our goal is to guide you back to optimal health so you can fully engage in the activities you love without limitations. We will encourage you to actively participate in your recovery journey.
